Los Angeles native Paul Hughen, ASC, has been one of Hollywood’s most in-demand second unit cinematographers for more than a decade.
Hughen’s recent credits include The Bourne Legacy, The Fantastic Four, Divergent, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens,, Sam Raimi’s Drag me to Hell,
and Peter Berg's The Kingdom. Hughen worked his way up camera operating and/or doing second unit for directors as diverse as David Lynch
(Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive), Jay Roach (the Austin Powers movies), as well as for Todd Phillips, Wes Craven, and Tim Burton.
